CESSI in association with NVIDIA (Bangalore) will host a GPU based High Performance Computing workshop at IISER Kolkata during 14-15 October 2019. The workshop will consist of a set of lectures, hands-on training on GPU usage and personalized advice on computing problems being pursued by different groups. PhD students, faculty and advanced level MS students who utilize high performance computing for their research are welcome to register for the workshop. Relevant fields could be Computational Astrophysics, Fluid Dynamics, Molecular Dynamics, Density Functional Theory, Quantum Chromodynamics, Lattice Boltzmann Methods and GPU-intensive data analytics (Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence).
Participation is free but will be limited to the first 25 registrants due to computational resource limitations. Please complete the following form to register for the workshop:
